You may need to get your hands on a program that unzips the files.
When you doing that, you'll have to select a destination.
On my computer (yours may be very similar) I select the destination like this:
>C Drive
> Program Files
> World of Warcraft
> Interface
> Add-ons

Unzip the files, then copy them as a whole into the Add-on folder which is located under the World of Warcraft > Interface folder. Once you do that, you need to login to Wow then click on the Add-on button in the bottom right. If the add-on is loaded right, you will see it listed there.

Unzip the files into the AddOns folder.
This folder is located inside the "Interface" folder, which is inside the World of Warcraft base folder.

Open you interface folder and make a file called Addons if you dont have one in there, paste the unziped file in there then when you load up WoW click the addon buton in the corner to make sure its wokring
