So I have a neighbor who is dealing (just weed, I think), and he is breaking several of the "Ten Crack Commandments." Specifically, he is breaking #s 3,4,5,7,8, and possibly 10.

Replace the word weed with crack and the song still makes complete sense.

He will graduate at the top of his class at Entrepreneurial School. Then get into the music video industry prior to becoming a born again Christian, whilst running for public office. Sad but true. His life now has no meaning.
