What is the cheapest laptop I can buy with the following features..?
Oh and as for resolution/graphics, I dont really care to be honest, as long as its not terrible. you know ;)
A minimum of 2 gigs of RAM, small enough to carry around, a guarantee if something goes wrong, decent customer service, (nothing special but an actual reply would be nice >.>) and no mac's, has to be a pc, im planning on changing the OS to xp, because vista just... sucks.
i assume there will be enough storage so i wont bother putting a requirement up, i mean if it has 2 gigs of ram its hardly going to have something as small as 50gigs of storage.
if thats not enough info, i'm planning to use it for work, probably just microsoft word and powerpoint, internet ect, and then for games, nothing special, got my ps3 for that, but ill need a half decent machine either way.
battery life isn't much of an issue, and i might watch the odd DVD on it, but rarely.
the kind of games I run on it wont require more than 2 gigs of ram, some only need 512 to run, so yup, that should be enough info :)
the additional details (the bit about resolution) and the actuall question seemed to swap around there? ignore any random order of the text if it occurs.

I stay in the chicago suburbs. i pass via loads of small businesses privately owned that resell computers. Laptops genuinely are not greater inexpensive used. I easily have seen them advertising used and rebuilt laptops for $seven hundred and up.. thats the fee of latest Dell with a guaranty. i ve seen Dell has the superb costs, and now that faculty is commencing there are a number of ideas open to scholars to get decrease priced laptops. if youre going to do it. get one with a guaranty as you in all probability will ought to apply it. I additionally referred to a minimum of something else at those small restore restorer laptop shops.. the main kind names under maintenance are DELL.. greater desirable than the different kind.. would besides get a guaranty if its going to be in the save! perhaps you additionally could make fee plans. I wouldnt purchase a rebuilt for something over $3 hundred...it ought to crash day after right this moment.
