Is it my imagination, or do buffalo wings taste like chicken?

Actually the advent of the chicken wing as haute cuisine

began in Lackawana.

They call them Buffalo wings because its easier than "Lackawana Wings" and of course Buffalo needed to be known for something besides 36" inches of snowfall in 12 hours.

I get excited when I see a chicken strip. I just love to nibble on their tender chicken fingers. I prefer to eat buffalo chips with my fried chicken. If buffalo's did have wings I would not want to be walking under them when they flew by.

Add chicken masala with buffalo wings and get the same taste.
