Who do you think Sugar Shane Mosley will fight next?

Manny Pacquio is scared and would rather fight the vulnerable Cotto and he also turned down Shanes offer to fight at 140 and only take 40%. Floyd Mayweather is busy too about to fight JMM. So Mayweather,Pacquio, and Cotto are out of it. Shanes promoter brung up names like Andre Berto, Paul Williams, Zab Judah, and Kermit Cintron. He said he isnt waiting a whole year to fight he wants a fight soon. I think he should fight Paul Williams or maybe Andre Berto. But I believe Shane is the best in boxing right now and people are scared to fight him after watching his last two fights

Update:

I just wonder why he cant get the fights that he deserves

Update 2:

People keep talking this bullshit about how Cotto beat Shane already but that was about 2 years ago. Shane asked for a rematch but Cotto turned him down. If they were to fight right now Cotto would get his *** whipped I mean common now he couldnt even beat Joshua Clottey(who everyone knows won) and just take a look at shanes last two fights they speak for there selves

I'm a Mosley fan (Pomona woot!) and Shane is an old fighter. He doesn't have that much left in him. Cotto is a tough SOB and I give him his props for it. Though, much as it annoys me to say it, boxing is a business. Cotto brings more fans and both are Arum's boys, the $ is there. Also, even I'm guilty of putting Pacman down cause he beat worn out ODLH and post-prime MX fighers. If Pacquiao wants respect and a nice check, then Cotto is the best choice. Also, maybe Pacquiao's testing himself if he can handle a WW sufficiently cause chances are, PBF is on his list of would be opp. Mosley's an awesome guy and I got mad love for the SoCal native. Though, a win over young Andre Berto or Paul Williams would not only give him respect (to me thats more important in boxing), but a cemented place for him in the HoF and a nice bout to retire off.

Scared? more like tired of people saying he only fights "old guys". Get real nut-swinger, all Mosley is after right now is money cause he knows he doesn't have much time left in the ring.

I understand though, by the color of your skin it probably bothers you that the person on top of the sport of boxing is a little guy from the Islands of the Philippines instead of some spoiled gangster-wanabes like Mayweather or the steroid-riddled Mosley.

Vulnerable Cotto? I guess accidental headbutt-blood looks vulnerable to you, lmao. So let me get this straight, if at 28 years old and 35 fights can be vulerable to you, then what is 30 years old and 54 fights of Pacquiao? Lol.

The same Cotto who beat Mosley, Lol, I always notice you and Normen Bates, you both turn out to be good jokers cause you keep contradicting yourselves.

Boxing is a business, the fact that Cotto is younger and he beat Mosley that means Cotto brings more money to the table. No offense to you and Mosley, but he's been accused of using steroids, that might have played a part of him not getting what he deserves.

I grew up with Floyd but I have to say I have a feeling that Shane would stop him at 154. Floyd might win at 147. Shane has most of the same abilities that Floyd has. The edge that Floyd has is defense and quickness. Shane has power in both hands, but he will not use his jab. I could see Shane eating a lot of Floyd's lead rights, yet I don't see him getting countered because he can put Floyd on defensive mode with his hand speed and power. He has the ability to apply the same kind of pressure that Castillo did in the first fight with Floyd. However, Shane would bring more speed and aggresion to the table than Castillo, which makes him less vulnerability to Floyd's mean counter punches. At 154, Floyd is likely to get stopped but he would be ahead on points. At 147, Floyd has more of a shot because Shane's will weaken and tire in the middle of the fight due to getting hit and dropping down in weight. (If any of the fights goes 12, I'll take Floyd by decision any day. He is a strategic boxing genius! Nobody can out think him and impose their will on their opponents (simultaneously) in this era of boxing, maybe even in the history of the sport.)

it's hard to say, Sugar Shane seems like the odd man out in this whole cotto vs pacq jmm vs mayweather thing,i would actually like to see him against kermit cintron, paul williams would be a bad fight for shane when you draw it up, but then again who knows, shane might be able to shock him, as far as Andre berto although i do have him as my icon i don't see him doing good with elite fighters ,, take luis callazo for example , he kind of seems like the person you fight to determine if ur an a class or b class welterweight, we seen how shane mosley an A class welterweight destroyed him for 12 rds where fighters like ricky hatton and andre berto barely made it out of 12 rds with him.Andre Berto is still young in his career, he only made his pro debut in 2004 and there already putting his name up there with veterans , guys who been in the game since the mid 90s..Zab Judah is done, i bet we end up seeing a fight with Shane Mosley vs Joshua Clottey , Clottey and Cintron are the only fights that look logical for Shane now in my opinion

Hahahahahahaha. I bet Manny Pacquiao is scared of Shane Mosley. Hahahaha sorry still laughing about Manny being scared of Mosley. But Nick is right, Pac is tired of hearing about beating fighters over the hill, and out of their prime. Cotto is THE BEST welterweight in the world right now, and he is a young, hungry champion. And, Oh yeah, HE BEAT MOSLEY!!

I have never been too impressed with Mosley, especially after he got caught using roids, and then like everyone else, he is a coward and won't man the **** up to it.

Cotto beat Mosley, BOTTOM LINE, thereby he is more eligible to fight Pac. Since boxing is a business, Cotto also brings wayyyy more to the table. way more money and fans. Mosley's fans are not the type that buy PPV's, and tickets to his fights. They are the type to get on yahoo answers and other forums and anonymously talk **** and complain.

Mosley needs to prove his mettle, as beating a cheater and ricardo mayorga earns him zero respect. He should take on Paul Williams if he really wants respect. I doubt he will, though. I see him fighting Andre Berto, and I see Berto winning a decision.

LMAO!! this is by far the FUNNIEST boxing question ive seen so FAR!

shane mosley LOST to a slower MIGUEL COTTO! how did that happen private thomas? WHY WOULD PACQUIAO want to fight the LOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSER of the two? doesnt make sense...

the reason why he is not getting fights is because of his PROMOTER.. and that oscar de la hoya.. oscar KNOWS SHANE is past his prime and GETTING old.. oscar would rather try to build a money maker like "VICTOR ORTIZ" a young and upcomming prospect but maidana ruined that party! did you see the look on delahoyas face? pretty funny..

i mean i see where your comming from .. after a performance against margarito i wanna see him fight again.. but if wants to fight pacquiao he shoulnt have LOST to cotto.. that simple..

mosley dont want no part of paul williams for sure. clottey has a different defensive style that caused constant pressure on cotto. mosley doesnt fight like that. one of the later rounds mosley was running cause cotto was on that a$$. styles make fight like you guys say. cotto can beat mosley but lose to pac who would lose to mosley.

personally i think mosley should jump in the ring after the pbf vs jmm and call out pbf. that would be a better fight than vs pac. youll see pac is gonna get embarassed by pbf.
