I am 16 turning 17 this october my girlfriend is 13 and will be 14 when im 17-18 is that wrong?

Um don't have sex with her because that would be considered rape and if she wanted revenge on you because you broke up. SHE COULD tell and you would get put in prison. But if you really actually like her. Then I guess its okay. But please be careful.

It is a bit strange for you, at 16, to be interested in someone that is only 13. She may have matured physically, but she is still a little girl emotionally. She probably just finished middle school. In a few years the age diffference is not too much, but really, you ought to keep closer to your own age. I doubt you will be together when you are 18, but if you are, you will be a legal adult, and she will be a minor. After that lenght of time I bet you don't say "no sex." So, watch it.

That is sort of a big difference, and you know 14 is really too early for a girl to be having sex... It's not whether or not you tell someone, it's just wrong. Plus, I think 14 might be illegal--depends on the state where you live, but I know in some parts of the USA it is not legal. Check out the laws of your state.... even if it is legal you should not pressure her into having sex at such a young age. I hope you understand.

Right or wrong, sex leads to babies, no matter what precautions you take there is always a chance. And neither of you is remotely old enough to raise a child or to pay for the enormous expenses that go with having a child. Cool it until you're out of school and have jobs and health insurance. And in any case, the likelihood is that if you get her pregnant, you will go to jail for statutory rape (more than a two year difference in your ages).

Eeeeww what is wrong with you that at 16 you feel the need to date a 13 year old kid? That is illegal. If you and she do have sex and someone finds out you will end up in jail and guess what? For the rest of your life you will have to register as a sex offender. Now ask yourself if its worth it? If you are a decent guy you will leave that LITTLE GIRL alone and find a girl your own age.

Talk to her. I would advise being friends, but wait BOTH OF YOU are older... it wont matter as much when your 24 and she's 20.She's way to young to be losing her virginity, (same age as me) and she's too young to even know if she loves someone yet. Just keep the relationship low, be friends, and wait until you're older. If you still love each other then, fine. But not, NO! She wont even be able to drive when you in Collage, thats wrong! WAit until BOTH OF YOU are out of collage. You can not listen to us, but she's 13. She doesn't know who she loves and if you have sex she can tell when she finds out she doesn't love you. Do you want to spend your life in prison?

This can't be serious. That's just wrong. If she's almost 14, the oldest person she should date is 15.

I think that is sort of wrong I mean why can't you just be friends. I don't know why you would want to even do that with her you shouldn't be able to that either.she obviously is still completely pure. So just don't mess her up.

why would you want to? thats pretty gross. shes still a child. your getting near being an adult and she has if even experineced puberty. if it was a for year difference and you were both over 18 that would be differnt but other whys thats pedophilia.
