Could anyone recommend a good eyeliner?

I'm not sure about when you're swimming, but on regular days I would try a pencil (Urban Decay 24/7 liners are great), or any of your pencils you already have, and once you apply it, go over it with a shadow using an angled liner brush ! or a very small precision brush. Putting eyeshadow on top (use a brown or black to match your pencil color) sets the liner so it doesn't go everywhere, even if you have oily lids.

I love Stila Convertible eye color in onyx. It is a liner and shadow duo. It is around 20 dollars but it lasts and its a very creamy pencil. It sounds like the problem is that you are not setting your eyeliner which for some people (myself included) can cause extreme smudging, so try setting it with a black or brown eyeshadow and the put shadow under your lower lashline to further prevent smudging. really anything will work if you set it! good luck :)

I know you say pencil doens't work, but Almay's one works wonders.

It stays on really good, to a point where its hard to take off at night.

Im using MAC fluidliner. It's like a gel that you put on with a brush. It's neat.

I also buy black eyeshadow and a little brush and wet the end of the brush and use the eyeshadow as an eyeliner.

you should get waterproof or not wear makeup til after you swim. liquid eyeliner is fine but i'm too afraid to use it on my waterline lol. however if you get a good one it wont smudge or anything, i use spell cosmetics crown jewel liquid liner and i love it. the elf one i hate.

have you tried hip gel eyeliner it stays in place and doesnt move even in water its about 10.00 or sometimes i like to use just plan ol eyeshadow just get a eyeliner brush or i like to use a eyebrow brush lightly wet it then rub it in you eyeshadow then apply it works great and its cheap cuz you already have eyeshadow even the cheapiest shadow works and it stays on

i had da same problem but i started using a black eyeliner from mac its great it glides on perfect..i have had it for over a year it last a long time well also depends on how much u use it

liquids nice for top of your eye lid..personally i love revlon colorstay..it doesnt stay for 16 hours but it does stay longer and doesnt smudge down like all the other eyeliners i have tryed..

I use Rimmel Soft Khol Kajal Eyeliner And it's really good :).

It's Only £3 and lasts all day.

It also doesn't irritate your eyes, and goes on really smoothly so you don't scratch your eyes.

I really think you should try it, and if it doesn't work for you, you've only wasted £3.
