Were you raised in a polyfamily? Or do you personally know anyone who was?
I'd like to hear - firsthand, if possible - what it is like for children who are raised in polyfamilies. If you were raised in a polyfamily, or if you have any inside knowledge about this, please let me know. If you are polyparents, please tell me what your children think of the situation, and let me know your thoughts on the benefits and problems associated with being raised in a polyfamily.
By the way, a "polyfamily" is a non-traditional family composed of more than two romantically-involved people. In other words, polyamorous people - people practicing polyamory. It can be thought of as a "group marriage"

Poly families .. like your father having a second wife??
I know of many families like that , the father isnt divorced yet still married , he had 17 kids ... they didnt all live together. They werent the happiest group .. and their mother always cried. They would pay her money to shut up and get their cousins to dance with them and so much more. Maybe they even jabbed the bone in their cousin a few times a day? I dont like the idea of a second wife.
It was just not a good living place , the kids , they didnt get enough care and now they throw around money like its nothing. Their father made the whole village sit and stand by his command , the entire town would listen to what he has to say. He was a big man , very tall and strong. His wife is now old and crippled and he's dead. Now the kids have split the property and they're not the richest flock ever but not poor either. I think the kids grew up with allot of problems. I dont like the idea at all.

No I wasn't but I can't imagine what it would be like it's so different from what I was raised in.
