Is Subway's flatbread good and healthy for you?

does it taste good? and it it better for you than the white bread? like am i better off getting a whole flatbread, half of a flatbread, or a 6 inch white bread?

    its no better for you than white bread

    if you want healthier bread, get wheat. it tastes the same as white
