On a scale from 1-100, 1 being the worst and 100 being the best, I give him a 3. Because he is excellent at lying and breaking promises, he excels at misdirection and he took out the pirates like a man should. Other than those items, complete failure (its not constitutional what he is doing, but no one seems to care).

I am disgusted that so many Americans voted for him and either couldn't see the lies, or simply chose to ignore them, all because he promised "change" and his skin color was a "change" to the regular oval office color.
