Best Make-Up for my skin and recommendations?
I have a special occassion coming up next Saturday. I was planning on going to my local mall and set up an appointment to get a "new look". I usually only went to the "Origins" but the make up ended breaking me out and it didnt last very long at all! I used to have a problem with acne and I still use a mild face cleanser. I have combination skin. Oily in some spots, dry in others. What do you think the best make up for my skin type would be and are there any recommendations as far as name brand or cosmetic stands usually in the mall you may recommend? I like the natural look! No heavy colors or flashy... Just natural. And hey! If you feel like hair tips are always welcomed! lol I have long dark brown hair that is straight as a board! Think creative and please share! Looking forward to your answers! Thank you very much for your time :-) have a great day!
Additional details: I am fairly dark complected, hazel eyes, Round face, long dark brown hair (thick and straight) All tips and ideas Appreciated greatly! Thanks!

For a natural look, go for mineral makeup.
There are so many types out there, so make sure that they are natural. I also have a combination face and problems with acne (and rosacea). Mineral makeup has been clinically proven to help acne suffers because it contains many natural ingredients and lacks many preservatives that make our faces break out! Also, the use of zinc products helps eliminate the red from blushing and blemishes. I have tried Everyday Minerals and it has worked pretty well. They offer free sample packs (just pay $3 shipping) and you can get as many as you want until you find the right shade. If you are looking for something on the pricey side you could tried BareMinerals and also Clinique makes some for acne suffers. For a cheaper makeup, Mabelline mineral makeup works great (it's actually my favorite). They do have a few fillers, but they haven't broken my face out, and it doesn't make it too dry either!
Hope this helps!

I love the CG Smoothers AquaSmooth Compact Foundation, and just a little blush, and a simple eyeliner/mascara is very natural :D
You should try it(:
and If you have really straight hair you should consider getting layers, because it can make your hair more volumous(:
