    sadly, yes

I keep my distance from the "squatter/ gangsta" type noypis, they look like they're always brewing trouble.

I'm so ashamed that I have prejudices like that over my underprivileged countrymen

Oh yeah, as particular by using fact the sunlight rises interior the east and instruments interior the west. What perpetuates such undesirable mindsets is the consistent representation of it in almost each pinoy cleansing soap opera seen by using hundreds of thousands daily.

Why do i always i have a crush on the top answerer? Did you know that you are the top answerer at yahoo!philippine(answer.yahoo.com.ph not answer.yahoo.com) phil. Section.

    I think its "matar pobre"

Matar - to kill, to kill for food

Pobre - poor, people with low income

It is spanish, use to describe a person who deprive food(basic need) even to a person who is dying(of hunger)

To your question. I think no most people are not that uncivil anymore. These days people that are matar pobre are considered terorist already

Yes, sign of lack of education in ethics. But majority of Filipinos, say 90% are below poverty level.

Oh yeah, as certain as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.

What perpetuates such awful mindsets is the constant representation of it in practically every pinoy soap opera seen by millions every day.
