means the neocons.. the same type people who lied to invade iraq.. got your homie..

they got him cus it's big bucks for the lawyers and rest of the prison industry.. they need victi.. er criminals .. to feed their bureaucracy.

if your homie is a minority even better.. cus the ones that got him.. are probably racist. and even tho they would still jail a white.. it woudl bother their concience more.. (but not enough to forgoe their profits).

if it was drugs.. it means your homie has to go to jail because corrupt politicians get money from the drug industry.. the one where the people waging war on us citizens make more money than the drug lords doing it. and that's why it's illegal. there is no profit in legal drugs.. not for the lawyers.. cops judges crooked politicians or drug lords or criminal enterprises and gangs.. no money no crime in legal drugs.. but the money is so good.. in illegal drugs.. that they put people like your homie away for 25 years.. guilty or not.. . prison industrys need slaves.. lawyers need clients.. etc.. just business.

if your homie did push drugs.. then he should have joined the CIA.. they are the only sanctioned entity allowed to push drugs in the usa. CIA and their friends.. HATE competition.

he's gone for 25 .. and might be parolled after that.. 25? color him gone.. as much as u love him.. you deserve a life too.. i wouldnt wait for him. if he loves you.. he wouldnt want you to either.

It depends on the laws of the state and whether or not they are sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. If a person is sentenced to life in the state of California, then he or she would be eligible for parole after serving 25 years. That doesn't mean they would get out after 25 years. They would also have to persuade a parole board to grant them release on parole. If on the other hand they are sentenced to life without parole, then they are in for keeps and don't leave until they are dead.

25 to life generally means 25 years minimum and life maximum. If he has good behavior and they have no problems out of him, he can stay 25 years only. But if they have problems out of him, then he can stay there until he dies. His behavior and crime depends on parole. If he has already been convicted, then his only hope would to be hire an attorney and appeal it. That's it, tho.

    A BIG LAUGH,..!? HO-HO,..AAH-HA-HA, HA,..?!!!

Haven't you studied anything about - laws,..and being good, etc,.??

Do not engage in crimes,..For if you do the crime - you will need to

    do some time,.(in prison,! ).

How long will you be forced to remain in prison,.? Depends. But,

25 years to life,..Means, you would stay in prison for a minimum of

twenty five years. But,..depending on your behavior and other fact-

ors,..you just may stay in prison for life,..( the rest of your like )

Staying in prison for the remainder of your life.

He'll be in prison for 25 years - to life, and to get that long a sentence he obviously committed a serious crime, he deserves it.

"Got locked up for some dumb issh that he didn't do..."

Of course not, as if there wasn't a trial etc...

EDIT= Stop judging? For all we know your 'friend's' a rapist, if you don't want people to judge him, or you, don't ask such a question.

  • I won't judge, I'll just straight answer your question.

It means your Homie is, at worst, getting off lightly for being a complete idiot.

At best, he'll be in prison for the rest of his life, and have a miserable time there.

Your attitude alone is enough to tell us you aren't hanging around a great group of people.

Source(s): Who doesn't claim they didn't commit the crime they've been convicted of? You can be caught on tape, and confirmed by 600 witnesses AND DNA, but people will still deny it was them. Don't be mad at me though, I never posted this answer. It wasn't me I swear.

He must have done something really bad to get that sentence so why don't you move onto someone with more future.

25 years years to life means he has to serve 25years or if he dies within those 25years.
