Actually, if you've seen the video, he isn't looking at her at all. There is a woman extending her hand behind the president- the infamous picture shows him turning around to address the woman (not the attractive girl). He then proceeds to help the woman calling his attention down the step.
How will the repubics spin this one.

Yeah, yeah, yeah! Any excuse! If it was Bush you wouldn't be making up these excuses. Obama was looking at that Brazilian tail.
Yes, he helped that lady but you can see him checking the 16 yr old out as he's extending his hand. And Sarkozy, well it's pretty clear he is looking because he even makes a move to get a better view.

This is not even a story. Clearly some people in the media have far too much time on their hands. May I suggest they cover AIG and their request to the government for permission to pay hundreds of millions in bonuses. That is a much bigger story.
