IF your computer has that option, you would find it when booting up the computer as an F key option. Pay close attention to those black and white screens when the computer boots up.
Otherwise your only option is to use restore disks.

It should be a disk that came with the computer. Reboot the computer with the disk in, and press F8 i believe, might be different for different computers, then tell it to run the disk.
