Cloudy tap water not air bubbles?
My tap water is always cloudy whenever i get it out.
The water smells bad also.
I left the water sitting there for a hole week and it was still cloudy any ideas of what might be in there?

Yeah bud,
It'll be alge from the water pipes. If there has been recent work in your area or earth movement this is what it'll be.
The alge can be a problem, espically if it tates bad, if the alge has come from very old pipes it could be very bad ( could give you diaoreeha etc.. )
Best to talk to your water supplier and find the source of the problem until then filter the water through a clean cloth and boil it for a few minutes to kill any alge born viruses in it.
