I have never heard of a canine registration society contacting landlords or employers... they may want vet records or similar information pertaining to your dog, but unless you are being investigated for serious neglect or abuse you have no worries!

If this was a straight forward situation with the PDSA I'd say it's unlikely they will involve your landlord. However, in order to qualify for assistance from the PDSA you have to be on Benefits which may end up with questions being asked to verify you are on Benefits. And this could well open a can of worms. I'd say you are on shaky ground here!

the pdsa will not contact your landlord, they do send letters to the address sometimes though. if all the flats are owned by the same landlord the other people living in them will know that dogs are not allowed in them and they might contact your landlord and tell him.

Can't answer your question but i will tell you this sooner or later someone WILL see or hear this dog and then you are going to get busted. Rehome the dog to someone who actually has an appropriate living situation or start looking for a new place NOW.

Why would you even get a dog knowing its against your rental agreement?

Ok just looked at the eligibility requirements and since it says show proof that you are receiving housing assistance it is very possible they will contact you landlord to verify that you actually live there.
