What is the average utility costs per month in Alberta?
I'm planning to move there in a year or so, and want to know how much money I need to save up. There's 4 of us (me, my husband, 2 kids). Any information reguarding my move to alberta would be greatly appreciated!
BTW: I'm thinking about moving in the Calgary or Edmonton area...is that a good place to start out?

Well it cost about as much as the hydro in any other part of Canada. The Calgary or Edmonton area would be a good place to start out. Alberta is expensive so you should really watch your money. Where are you moving from? If you are coming from a different country, make sure you get a work visa. Any other questions about Alberta, email me. Good luck!
