How can I make my skin paler without staying inside all the time?

For some strange reason, my skin looks better pale. But I'm an athlete so I'd like to find a way to keep it pale without staying inside all summer. Any Help? XD thanks!

    sunscreen! neutrogena makes a lot of good ones, they even have spf 100 which should keep you very pale

    A suncreen of SPF75

    Never use skin bleaching products.

    use alot of sunscreen?

    umm i don't think you can stop your skin from tanning

    just you can control how much you tan but using a strong sun screen

    Try SPF70.
