iPhone 3G won't tell me I have low battery until I charge it?
My phone has the full charged icon but when I go and charge it it shows that my battery wasn't fully charge . What's wrong with my phone ?

Try enabling the battery percent by going to settings, general, usage, battery percent.
If that doesn't show correcty then connect to iTunes and use the repair feature to reinstall the os.
Finally if that doesn't work hopefully your phone is still under warranty.
