What Band Name Sounds Better for a punk, metal, hard rock band?

I like your band name ideas! much better than mine. i named my band ThirdClassRoyalty. But my favorite of yours is walking in her bloody shadow. i like the image of someone walking in shadows and stuff, it fits the type of music you play. But maybe name it like Walking In Lonely Shadows, because it sounds depressing but is also very artistically visible, ya know? and i think it fits with the thought of losing your mother and the possible emptiness you feel? But yeah, if you dont like that one, you should deffinately do Walking In Her Bloody Shadow, that one sounds sick(: if you ever record anything, i'd love to hear it(: im always interested in new bands(: i hope that helps.

They're all really cool names, but are tending towards 'emo' as opposed to punk, metal or hard rock.

If you are going for the 'emo' thing, then these create some great imagery:

- Walking in Her Bloody Shadow (or as Marissa suggested, Walking in Lonely Shadows)

- Forever Engulfed in Darkness

But if you are punk, metal or hard rock, I'd highly recommend cutting the name back to one or two words, and (admittedly, this is a little pedantic) watching the number of syllables.

Hmm..

I already know of a band called Enfold Darkness...which is a little too close to Forever Engulfed in Darkness. And I don't really favor any of the ones with Bloody in the name...that's too overplayed.

But...

I do like Jerusalem Defiance it's original and memorable, even though that might be sort of controversial. Jerusalem being the Holy land and whatnot. Haha.

I like all of them to be honest. Intertwined and Great Defiance are good because they're quick and easy to remember.

As for suggestions, here's some random ones...

Cry Bloody Murder (thats actually a name my band is throwing around, but its still up for grabs, I think we're going with If We Were Cannibals)

I like Forever Engulfed In Darkness.

Forever Engulfed In Darkness because it sounds like you would write Song about breaking up with your girlfriend :)

Jerusalem Defiance sounds best; it's memborial & sounds like a decent band name. :) Mine sounds stupid but if I had to suggest one it would be Matriarch Bond Breakup. XD

I like great defiance. Sounds pretty punk.
