Will I be able to attend a CSU in 2010?

Is it true that high school students in the class of 2010 will not be able to attend a California State University due to the budget cuts? I am hoping that this is not entirely true as it would ruin my plans for the future along with thousands of other students' as well.

    Due to budget cuts fall 2010 applicants have it much harder to get into.

    No, it means that due to budget cuts, less people can be admitted. They can't not let new students in, but they have to cut down on admisssions.
