what is causing my hands to look like this?
about 2years ago my hands become really painful and the veins came up on my hands like someone had taken a pen an drawn on me. i had physio and got tested for carpal tunnel but never had it. it went away and now it has happened again and this time my hand is swollen plus they get worse the more i use my hands

Please go see a rheumatologist hon. You may have early RA (rheumatoid arthritis) or something similar. The symptoms you are having seem to be relevant. There are plenty of available treatments that will alleviate your pain, the earlier you treat this condition the better your prognosis. I hope you find relief soon. Good luck!

It could be possibilty of several things.
Could be cause your hands are getting hot.
Could be cause you have a busted blood vessel.
Could be carpel tunnel.
Try doing some minor hand therapies for this to see if this helps you.
I would say go to another dr.
