West as a whole no doubt can knock the east but the top 3 in the east have great records against the west. Orlando beat LA both time in reg season. cavs had good west record too. of course boston is kings. id say if u take top 3 in east then east will win. if u say 4 or 5 the west got it cuz then u includin teams like portland, houston, san antonio who are talented underrated teams. and in the east thats like ur atlantas and philadelphias, talented teams with dissapointing results

If Lakers resign Odom, they'll be top dog in the league. If not Celtics will be the team to beat especially if they resign Glen Davis.
Lakers, Spurs, Nuggets/Blazers(if they get Millsap)
Celtics, Magic, Cavs/Wizards(if healthy)
Overall the West > East. Respect to East though, they've gotten stronger this offseason.
