How to find court records/transcripts in Canada?

I want to look up the transcript of a case from about 20 years ago. I was told this was a matter of public record but I do not know where to look. I know the province and the name of the person involved. Any help would be appreciated.

Update:

I live in Ontario and this took place in Saskatchewan, quite a distance. I was hoping for a website where I could look it up.

Not sure if it will be available online. You can call the records office (court of the province in question) and speak to a worker there. They should be able to give you any guidance on how to find the transcript. There might be forms to be filled out to request them. However, I am only familiar with how we do it in the US. I'm sure its similar. Good luck.

The suited courtroom of Canada. Canada has no longer something to do with the British government, nor that is institutions. we are completely autonomous. we've the same man or woman as Queen, yet, right here she is Queen of Canada, no longer Queen of the united kingdom (comparable as there she is Queen of the united kingdom). comparable man or woman, yet, legally separate and distinctive Crowns. The Crowns have been divided up decrease back in 1931.

Just go to the court house where the case took place. It might even be online in the county's website.
