marrying someone stationed out of the US?
my bf and i are planning to get married, but hes stationed in germany. will i be able to stay over with him with my US passport longer than the 3 months?

He will have to apply for command sponsorship in order for you to receive any military benefits while you are there (Commissary, PX, Medical, Housing) and he will have to have his orders amended to add you. I would wait to join him in Europe until all this is completed because finding housing in Germany can take up to one or two months depending on where he is stationed and you cannot stay at the barracks with him.

If you are NOT Command Sponsored you will not
be allowed to stay in Germany after you are Married...
as you will be in-violation of the Forces Agreement...

Yes you can stay up to three months if you have a travel visa. According to my research if you go to Germany, Italy, Ireland, and England, you can legally stay for 12 months.
