Who agrees the Lions played an awsome match on the weekend?

The Lions played very well on the weekend.

The lions are surging into the finals full of momentum - they are one of those few clubs that are going to really challenge the powerhouse sides like Saint Kilda or Geelong.

The injuries weren't what made the game. the lions still outplayed them and their delivery in 50 (especially Daniel Rich's kicking!) was great. The lions played awesome, even with Jed and Matt Austin stuck on the bench the whole match, which meant that the lions should have had less run. Geelong can't use injuries as an excuse, even though that was probably somewhat of a disadvantage, the lions have got tons of injuries too, maybe not to so many 'star' players, but plenty of their regulars are out.

They played really well, and despite who Geelong had missing, it wouldn't have stopped Brisbane playing really good. They'll definitely make the finals and can do some damage.

Geelong had plenty out, but the Lions could only beat who Geelong put out there, so yeah, they played a good game and deserved to win.

Uh... it wasn't really them playing a good match, it was more like Geelong playing a bad match.....

they played alright they only won because you guys were at home and geelong had injurys so that is why they won but they played fine

but i think some other teams would of beaten them to

brisbane were lucky that geelong where injured
