Family Guy: Why does Stewie hate Lois?

Matricide or wanting to kill your mother was a tendency they gave Stewie from the first episode. Stewie is constantly plotting ways to kill his mother, Lois, apparently holding a grudge against her because of his nine-month stay in her "ovarian Bastille." He sees her as holding him back from his dreams of world domination. He often mentions her matriarchal tyranny. Of course the joke here is that he would know about such words or their meaning at all seeing as he's a one year old.

This plot element is a reference to the joke that psychologist always try to say that mental problems are often cause by a hatred of ones own mother.

stewie and lois are natural enemys but under all the hate there is definatley a love- mostly for "susstinance" as he would put it.

Reaction Formation (exagerating the opposite of an emotion we feel unacceptable) of his Oedipal Complex (boy's love for their mother becoming erotically tinged).

from what ive seen its because he was trapped in her womb and he didnt want to be in there.i know this from the docters episode where he thought he was getting put back in there..

because he is EVIL!
