Photobucket is a great web based and FREE editing tools. The software behind it comes from Adobe who make some of the best commercial ($$$) photo and video editors. Also check out Jaycut which allows you to export and save your videos! If you need/want more features downloading VideoSpin, VideoPad or VideoThang are great options. Still free, but you have to download the software. For under $100 you can buy Adobe Premiere Elements.

There is also new freeware version of Windows Movie Maker that works on Windows Vista, XP and even Windows 7. Microsoft has added and deleted features from each version and this version has all the features from each version plus some extras.

    video spin

    way better than movie maker

    http://www.videospin.com/redesign/default.asp

as i remember i entered my email address got sent a download link or maybe sent to a page with download link

    downloaded

    easy to use -

i add my name on the videos anywhere i want not like movie maker - add my logos even and cut and edit easily and the program splits my videos for me according to sence - like the time the camera view is changed - add multiple audio to video and pictures and adjust sound - i did not go deep just used the basic stuff -

try it you will like it - the only problem i had is edediting avi movies - but i paid around 5-10 $ and got it unlocked

had it for a year no problem - quality of video result is great - saving time is slower than movie maker but you get a great result and a good size video

Source(s): experince and googled and found the program

Have you tried Windows Movie Maker? It's not great, but it can get things done. If you have Windows Vista, you should already have it. If you use Windows 7, you can visit the Microsoft web site and download the Windows Vista version of Windows Movie Maker and it will work fine.

As for Windows XP, I'm not sure if it is already included.
