Help!! I need computer help!!?

Ok I havent able to log onto certain websites on my computer. But they work on other computers in the house. I cant log onto Myspace and recently my sis tried to log on to blackplanet and urbanchat and those dont work either. Its been going on for about a week now. Every time I type in the website it says INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY WEBPAGE. Is there an update I need on my computer or what?? Help!!

    If you aren't getting to any websites, there may be a problem with the internet connection. If you only get to some, go to Tools, Internet Options, and delete your temp files and cookies. Close your browser and open it back up. If that doesn't work, your browser may be corrupted. Reinstall it.
