1. For every website I would use the username '4cheerleadr4' that i made up, now thats the only name she uses on everything! And shes not even a cheerleader!
2. On 3 different wesbsites where you have a house, her house looks EXACTLY the same as mine, not even kidding!
3. I got a cute shirt and some skinny jeans from a store, next day she comes over in the EXACT thing!
4. At church we were painting a picture for thsi thing, and I made up my own of this brown cat, with this yarn, and she drew the same thing..-_-
5. I made up this saying and she went and told all her, and my friends about this cool saying thing that SHE made up...and said she never heard me say that..when a duh she did!
6. If I put something on to wear on a website, where you have someone that looks like you, she will put on the same thing.
She has done a TON more, But I don't know how many times after she has done one of those, I say, '(her name)zzzzz Can you please not copy me, I made that up, and Could you do somthing else please?' I think the best explanation for this is admiration. Shes younger then you, and she must think it's really cool to be friends with a 13 year old so she probably finds you really cool to. It's true that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. As annoyed as you have a right to be, you should also be quite flattered. I had a similar problem as you. I'm 13 and theres a girl I take dance with whos 10, and now she thinks we're friends and hangs out with me and my friends and is always hugging me and talking to me and i'm just like, omfg go away! But I do have a solution for you.
1. Don't tell her or let her see your user name for future websites. You could also make up another user name and go by that for everything and just not tell her about it
2. just buy a bunch of new things like things she can't afford. This one is hard for me cause i don't know what sites your talking about
3. Don't show her the things you buy before you buy them, then if she does buy the same things everyone will know you had it first. If you're shopping WITH her try to avoid letting her see what your buying. If she does see and goes to buy the same thing, just say something like "eww that looks horrible on you" she'll probably feel really bad and put it back or buy it and not wear it. I know it's mean but hey, it works!
4. If you see her doing this again then just draw something else. If she starts to do that to then tell her you changed it and now shes doing the same thing so its obvious shes copying you and tell her to stop. Or you can just avoid being next to her while doing that
5. Just don't tell her any sayings or jokes you make up. Or if you do wanna tell her, tell everyone about it first so if she tries to say she made it up, everyone will know you said it first
6. I guess the only option for this would be to change what you wear really often. Or wear something ugly or dumb and she'll be too embarrassed to put it. Then just change it back

Aha, this has happened to me before! There was a time when a friend of mine, called Grace, would copy EXACTLY what I did on absolutely everything! I know how it feels...
However I made the mistake to upset her by trying to force her not to copy me, and in the end it cause a drift in our friendship. We did get back together though, however it was after a lot of tears and heartbreak.

It seems you've already made it clear to your friend that you don't want her copying you, and she also seems to be denying it. You have to respect her decision, and although it must be annoying, you also have to remember that she is 10 years old!
She may just be looking at you as a role model! In fact, she's probably copying you because she wants to be more like you, because she admires you so much!
I'm sure she will grow out of it soon, though! Good luck!

I'm not sure, she's still pretty young to kind of understand, but, just a guess here, maybe she admires you. She might be copying you because she wants to like you one day. If you're pretty popular, then she probably wants to become popular too. This is just a crazy guess. If she keeps it up and you really don't like her copying you, maybe you shouldn't tell her everything you do so that she won't know what you're going to do next. Sooner or later, she might get tired of it and go on and do whatever she wants to do when she grows up and "matures". Hope this helps! :)

Aw, I'm sorry. You're just her role model because you're older than her. She thinks that everything you do is cool. I would try talking to her. If she says that you're the one copying her, tell her along the lines of "I really like you, you're a good friend, but you are the one that's copying me and it's getting really annoying". I wouldn't do what your mom said, because the 10 year old doesn't know any better. Hope I helped. Good luck.

When young kids see older people do something they tend to think to themselves "whoa, she's doing it, so should I"
kids like to experience new things but doing the same thing someone else has done. They think it's "cool" and fun. She probably looks up to you, and you should be happy she does, make yourself a better role model to her and to all the other youngsters.
don't worry about it =) it's a good thing shes copying you, she finds you a great role model.

This happens all the time. ALL THE TIME. Every kid experiences this, or is the one doing the copying. She likes you, she admires you, she wants to be like you. Sure its annoying, but the best way to kill it is to be her friend and encourage her to do the things she likes to do and wear the clothes she likes. Ask her about what she likes before you say what you like, and compliment her about her choice even if you think its stupid. Be her friend, and she'll realize she doesn't have to be just like you to get your attention.

I had a problem where my cuz would copy me too but then she stopped... she found her own self, not me...let me tell you something..comfront her and tell her you dont like that ..it gets annoying..just remember she is 10.. so be nice. she is younger so she probably looks up to you... so instead of being mad about it..look on the bright side your like a rolemodel to her.. so be an example to her and let her know that you dont like that she is allways copying you. when she gets older she will probably stop copying u and find her true self...it just takes time.

My friend used to do that too. She used to follow me everywhere and copy me. So I started to ignore her. Eventually, she figured out that I really didn't like her copying me, so she stopped. Your friend probably only does that, because she wants be be like you and sees you like a "role model" or something.

trick her, tell her you got these new shoes/shirt etc...(but they happen to be really ugly) and see if she copys you, but before you do this make sure someone else knows so that you have back up for when you confront her.
wait, shes 10 ?! come on ! she looks up to you!! its a freaking compliment!!

Lmao, my friend went through the same thing. Her friend always copied her but she was patient and now they're friends. :]
I've gone through it too, and me and the other girl are still friends too.
Also, she's ten. She's just looking up to you :D
Be a little more patient, I suppose.
