You should try writing out your feelings so things don't bottle up. Because usually people who get angry usually are somewhat depressed, so they will bottle up their emotions and out of the blue they will get angry. So try writing it out!

Best way to handle depression or anger or both, is to go visit your doctor - one thing is probably leading into the other, like parts of the depression turn to anger. Don't be all macho, go to the doctor who see's these sorts of things at least 10 times a day - you may already be on anti depressants and that may be the root cause, those specific tablets are not agreeing with you. All the same what ever it is, you really should visit your own doctor, don't suffer needlessly - life is for living - be good to yourself and go.
