    Gosh - that's really a hard one, as they''re both insanely gifted...but I'll have to go with Billy Joel since he wrote his music and lyrics.

    John co-wrote music with Bernie Taupin.'s lyrics.

    However, John wrote the music to the soundtrack of one of my favorite Disney movies, Lion King. A good soundtrack progresses a movie along and defines the movie...he did a memorable job with it.
