Establish a relationship with her. Ask her for the time or if she has gum. When you see her say hey what's up. Strike up conversations with her about new movies or tv. You will then be acquaintances.Then it is time to make up a situation in which you would get her number. Say you want to send her a funny picture. Then one day txt her and ask her to the movies. It is best not to become good friends with her first because then she will see you only as a friend.

Stop being a wimp. Seriously, would it be the end of the world if she said no? Would you get cancer? Would you explode into a million pieces? If you wait too long, you will be stuck in a world of "woulda, coulda, shoulda." Don't do that to yourself, make a move. Now. Before she thinks you are no longer interested, which she will if you wait any longer.

Smile at her. Say hello if you pass her by and casually tell her you like her dress (or perfume, or coat, whatever) then walk away until the next time you see her, then say something else and walk away, talk to someone else, smile, be nice but a bit detached. She'll be intrigued.

start asking about her from time to time

don't make it like an investigation, usual conversations

do not talk about religion, politics or sex ( and do not, I repeat do not look at her boobs or body in a bad way)

you go talk to her >>>> 1) she say no , and you forget about it and everything is just fine

if you have not spoken to her before then start off with just smiling, then asking if shes ok from time to time, ask her whats shes been up to etc

its a slow process but works :) orrr if there is any of her friends that you speak to ask them for her email :)

Just go for it taking a step forward never hurt anybody. If she doesnt care about what you gotta say then when one door closes another one opens.:) i know how you feel
