As a UK citizen I was overwhelmed when Obama won the USA Presidency.
Ide like to see these issues being successful, and in no order of merit.
Secure jobs for all American's.
Decent state pensions for all elderly people.
Universial health care for all Americans.
A much higher minimum wage for lower paid American's coupled with a much fairer distribution of wealth.
For too long the arrogant Republican's have subjected poor American's to low wages, no health care, no affordable housing, low state pensions.
The Statue of Liberty is supposed to mean something. It soesnt when so many millions of American's are living in poverty, and/or homeless due to right wing Republican policies since the 60's.
And how to pay for it all ?
Raise income taxes on the middle and high earners, because these earners never know when they are going to need help themselves.
And stop funding wars.
Its time America stopped playing the good guy to the rest of the world.

Nuclear arms reduction is a dog and pony show. As long as one country holds one nuclear weapon, the threat is there. The recent talks were an attempt to reduce the chance of blowing every living thing off the face of the earth by half. It still means there are weapons capable of killing everyone about 100X over. It's downright stupid to think that countries possessing weapons will give them up.
As far as the economy is concerned, Obama is following orders from his globalist bankster buddies, and an economic meltdown is part of their agenda. That softens us up for international monetary controls.

A recovery from the recession! I am still waiting for him and the Democrats to do something that actually will help the economy instead of the things they are doing which historically harms the economy!

Economy. The nuclearm arms reduction stuff was neat, though.
I'd also want him to eliminate all social conservative laws that are in effect and end the War on Drugs.
I'd also like him to respect the 2nd Amendment.

recovery for the recession should be top priority. if we dont have money for the military...nuclear arms will be a mute subject.

Apparently he thinks we care more about our carbon footprint in 200 years than our jobs today and what the national debt will be for our children. The guy lives in a pipe dream.

Unlike George Bush, Obama can do more than one thing at a time. So i expect both to be done.
