To get a lemur you need to have a lisence through the USDA. They do not just hand these out. You will need to apply and pay the fee, then they will check and make sure you have the proper habbitat. If given the permit it needs to be renewed every year.

You need a vet that will treat a lemur and the bills can be through the roof.

They take a lot of specialized care and diet. They are moody and can be unpredictable.

They do not make good pets. If you really want one volunteer at a zoo and learn about their needs and how to proerly handle them. You will also learn how social they are and why they need to be in groups. I'm sure if you love the animal and work with them you'll realize they're too much to take on as a pet.

Lemurs would not make good pets and i really doubt you could legally keep one as a pet. they are quite shy and are wild animals.

They would not be good companion pets either.

Volunteer at a zoo like i do and see what they are like. They spend most of their time in trees and I have only once had them feed out of my hand (they really wanted the dates).

don't get a lemur, they are wild animals and are meant to be in the wild not in a cage in a house. also do you even know how to take care of one, if you get one?

i think its best to leave them in the wild or a zoo i dont think you should you may get told off for having one
