Why is it that quite often, 8 times out of 10
When I receive a message “Yahoo! Answers: You have received a message from another user!”
If I reply to the message I get “failure notice”
Also if a member has connected and ask for more details on a previous question
How can I reply if that member does not allow email?

Do not use the "Reply" button in your email program, but go to the part of the message (near the bottom) where it says "Want to continue this conversation? Reply to this message". Click the hyperlink, and no error message!
If the person does not accept email, chances are it will not go through.

In the first case, the only way I know it happens is if the person sends you the e-mail and then changes their setting to allowing no e-mail. In the more details part, there is nothing you can do unless the question is still open. If open you can add additional details to that.

You are being blocked,they are not letting you reply.This is common on here when someone sends an insulting e-mail.
