Obama wants to be your landlord = Communism?

So, I just read an article by Reuters that says if your falling behind on your mortgage the government will take over your loan and you can pay them rent.

Is it me or does this sound ridiculous? Another way for Banks to avoid losses while the Federal Government takes ownership of private property. Not to mention that they would make money as a landlord?

The free market cannot work when the government is propping up prices to help out their corrupt friends the Banksters.

What are your thoughts?

Update:

Yes, socialism at first....When people revolt and they put a gun in our face, it will be communism!

Remember, we surround them and we have more guns. Also, we have an advantage in that many of us have read the constitution, while we know nobody in government has.

Between Fredie and Fanny, USA already owns 60% of residential real estate. We haven't had a free market in America since 1913 when Hillary's "Real AMERICAN Progressives" first began to be Presidents. Coincidentally that was the year we got the income tax and Congress gave its power to "coin money and regulate the value thereof" to the bankers (Federal Reserve). We've been using the notes of a private corporation for currency ever since. Gresham's Law.

Damned right it's communism. We've watched it grow through our system like a cancer since the 60s. but nobody listened. WE TOLD YOU SO.

Utterly extreme viewpoint. Guilty of oversimplyfing the problem and the solution IMHO.

Even if it does go that way, you have your terms wrong. It's socialism, not communism.
