Should fans on my PC blow the ear in or out?
I have 3fans on the case of my PC.
2 on a back and 1 on it's side
the ones that are in a back blow the ear out
and the one on the side blows the ear in
Is this the best way to go???
Should i change any thing???

You'll usually find that the fans in back will blow out and fans in front will blow in. In recent cases I've used the side fans blow out, not in - that's not to say yours is wrong. When in doubt I'd point the fans out - there ought to be sufficient ventilation to pull new air in without requiring a fan to do that and you definitely want as much warm air moving out of the case as possible.
While we're on the subject, you also want to make sure you consider the environment around the case. If you're putting the case into a cabinet that isn't well ventilated, you'll defeat the pc's ability to cool itself since the hot air removed from the pc will just circulate back in.
