A URL is a link like a website address which commonly starts http://www./ if you click on the link it should take you to a password reset page the best thing to do is click on "forgot password" underneath where you put your login details then on the page that comes up put your email in the box and follow the instructions they will send you to your email. i hope this helps and follow me on twitter! :) name is peachysic

A URL is like a link. Such as: http://www.yahoo.com/
There should be a link in that email that starts with a http://
copy that whole link and paste it into your address bar. (For instance, where you would type www.yahoo.com) and press enter. I think whether it lets you through or not depends on you internet browser(Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc)
Make sure your typing you login name right. I don't know if it's CAPS dependent. Good luck.

Here is an example of a URL: " http://twitter.com/ "
When you open twitter's website, the browser is the one where you see it [the http://twitter.com/ ].
Yes, you can type your e-mail instead of your user name to log in in twitter. :]
