How do you keep from stressing about the "what if " questions?
I started a new position at work in the same week that two of my in-laws were diagnosed with Cancer. Between the stress of supporting the family and trying to do my new job, I'm having trouble sleeping and eating, full of all these "what if" questions.
Thanks for the support, I have been praying, my son saw me crying and built me a lego present to make me feel better.

The best ways I've found is to let go of the what if's because there's nothing we can do about them & they suck out our life forces.Do what you can do ex doing your job well & taking care of yourself & your family. I've found out the hard way physically & mentally I was of no use when I was drained & couldn't even have a positive thought to rely on & looking back it changed nothing. So please you must take care of yourself & don't dwell on tomorrow think about today OK

Just think if there is something you can do about it, if so don't worry
If there's nothing you can do about it, why worry?
