why did i feel a vibration in my ear?

ok so i was in my computer class when all of us sudden i felt a vibration in my right ear. i havent even listened to my ipod since like 3 months ago! and when i did heard it i hear only my favorite songs loud not all of them, but this was three months ago! can someone please help me? thanks!

    maybe there is a fly or another small insect in your ear. or maybe a little spasm like when your eye twitches?

    Take the vibrator out of your ear, that's not where it was meant to go.
