Dry cured ham and bacon.?
I used to be able to buy Burger's brand hams and bacon in Oklahoma at Wal-Mart. They quit selling them because people did not know they should have mold. Anybody know where to get dry cured ham? Those of us who know what it is will understand.
I know it is supposed to have mold. I was explaining why they stopped selling it. I just want to know where to get it.

They are supposed to be like that, I found this out recently+ it is cured in this way-you simply ask the butcher to slice the meat thinly as it is loaded w/salt+ you do not want it real tick+ salty, it is meant for breakfast ham.
