can the Wii get a virus when you go online on it?

    not unless you have unofficial third-party software installed on your wii (via sd-card) and go online, but you really don't need to worry about viruses for the wii as there is no valuable or sensitive information on the wii that hackers would be interested in, and if your wii is still under warranty you can just send it in to nintendo if it breaks.

    opera explorer wont get you viruses, it wont let you download anything anyway.

    Not at all, I love the wii's internet channel it is like TOTALLY SAFE.... and slow :( lol
