which guy should i date?

ok so there is two boys i like & they like me back.And they both would love to go out with me & i would go out with them too.but i have a problem with our height,i'm 5'9 & the two guys are about 5'5 or a lil under maybe around 5'3.

& i need help deciding which one should i possibly date,

1st guy:he's a sweet,nice kind guy i met through a friend & in school.We always flirt in class & we always sit next to each or do a project together.He calls me his girl & he always sticks up for me if someone says something about me.He knows we are not together.

The problem is that he is a flirt i was in one of his other classes & he was flirting with other females,but he was still claiming me as his girl tho.

2nd guy: he's a guy i met who knows my brother.He is not in school nomore idk if he graduated or just droped out.He is sweet too,we act like bf & gf when we talk on the phone and stuff & we get into arguements like we go out.He is the only guy who ever went up to my brother & told him that he likes me & wanted to make sure my brother(s) was ok with tht.But the problem is that he sometimes goes for a couple months missing.Thn when i see him again i find out that he was in jail

so my questions are

1:should height matter?

2:which guy sounds better to you?
