Is this girl a frenemy?
There's a girl, who I would say is one of my best friends, but I don't know if she's always looking out for my best interest or hers. She's always bragging about stuff and though we do generally have a pretty good friendship, she gets on my nerves sometimes.Especially when I have a bf or something good happens to me.Also it's not like i can rid of her beacause she goes to school with me,i see her all the time, and i see her in the summer. So how do i deal with her, without getting mad at each other, without unecessary drama, and being subtle?

Girls can be quite competetive and envious/jealous of someone else that threatens them from being in the spotlight.
Take this in stride, and when she starts acting mean for no reason, just back off the communication for a bit until she comes around. That is about as subtle as you can get.
After repeated occurrences, time for a serious one-on-one talk with your friend on what she is doing that is bothering you.

just try to avoid her much as possible or introduce her to new people that she can brag to, so she will see new people to be annoying to and leave you alone. Then other people will have that problem.

I would spend less time with her to avoid annoyance, and ignore 80% of what she says and does.
