what is the name of this book?

its about a girl who gets hooked on drugs and runs away and then comes back and in the end she dies of an over dose after she said she stopped and another scene is where she goes to a party and they put drugs in one of the cokes and she got the drugged coke and ends up having sex with this guy? its written by an anonomous person i think although it is a real diary please help
