Personal Antivirus is really hard to get rid of. I would offer you free manual removal instructions but this is both very hard and dangerous if you are not a computer expert. If you remove the wrong registry files you can actually do WORSE damage than the virus. The best thing to do is just get a specialized Personal Antivirus removal tool. Malwarebytes - might have to use flash drive and download from uninfected PC and then load it into yours. cntl - alt - delete you can shut it down temporarily. You can also F8 into safemode at boot (with networking) to download the program.

If it's been in over a few days you're probably screwed.
