2006 Nissan X. Some questions?

I have a 2006 and only 16000 miles. Never really use it anymore. Have a subcompact with the high gasoline prices. Six speed, crank windows, ac/disk player. Two wheel drive, live in Nevada and do not need a 4x out here. Great shape, garage kept. Since we do have experts on the board, what would you say for an approximate price. I am thinking of selling the vehicle.

    See Kelly Blue Book for used car and ;light truck prices you would think with desert roads mountains your 4X4 would sell fast out there.
