In theory, could you make a convincing final Beatles album using the artists most beatles-esque solo tracks?

Which tracks would you use?

I'm thinking from McCartney, Bluebird, and Admiral Halsey. Throw Badfingers "Come and Get it" since Paul wrote it and it could pass as Beatles anyway. And from George, maybe "When We Was Fab" Give Me Love, and end the album with "Isn't it a Pity". Not sure what I'd add from John, and I don't know of any beatlesesque Ringo solo stuff, though anything that's good that could be used to glue other pieces together.

My only rule is that I wouldn't want to add songs that really stick out as solo works, such as Imagine, or Got My Mind Set On You, which reeks of 80's production and would stick out.

Any Help?

Interesting question. I tried to make a "typical" album that distributes the songs between the guys the way the Beatles might have done it. I dont know if this is what you wanted, but I'd probably buy this one.

    Maybe I'm Amazed-McCartney

    Wah-Wah-Harrison

    Photograph-Ringo

    My Sweet Lord-Harrison

    Watching the Wheels-Lennon

    Woman-Lennon

    It Dont Come Easy-Ringo

    Beware of Darkness-Harrison

That Would Be Something (Catching the Pouring Rain)-McCartney

    Every Night-McCartney

    You're Sixteen-Ringo

In theory an elephant could hang off the edge of a cliff holding onto a daisy. But, in this situation maybe we could buy the elephant a couple minutes.

From Ringo I would toss in "It Don't Come Easy" and "Photograph" (which I've seen used in the Funny People trailer), "You're Sixteen"

George Harrison: "My Sweet Lord", "All Things Must Pass, "Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth)". I guess I'll toss in the songs Jeff Lynne worked on from Cloud Nine with "This Is Love" and "When We Was Fab". "What Is Life" maybe. Dude was also in Traveling Wilburys if that helps.

Paul McCartney: "Maybe I'm Amazed" is his best solo song from his first solo album, not really a fan of his work with Wings but you can include that if you please "Band on the Run" "Live and Let Die" "Jet" etc.

John Lennon gave us the best solo stuff. "Beautiful Boy" (used lovingly in Mr. Hollands Opus) "Cold Turkey" "Instant Karma" "Happy Xmas" "Give Peace A Chance" "Whatever Gets You Thru the Night" etc.

They all have a crap ton of solo albums. It all sucks in comparison to when they were together.

    Just Like(Starting Over)

    Imagine

    Give Peace a Chance

    My Sweet Lord

    When We Was Fab

    Photograph

    Live And Let Die

    It Don't Come Easy

    No More Lonely Nights

    Hope of Deliverance

    Band On the Run

    Mother

    All Things Must Pass

    Weight Of the World

Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth)

    Nobody Told Me

I use Imagine as I believe it could have very well been a Beatle's Song... I agree with Got My Mind Set On You, just because it isn't a Harrison Original
